Alternative brands we recommend are putting their profits to good use by supporting causes that actually matter. And they are leading the way in providing quality products that are good for people and the planet—values that aren't prioritized by their conventional counterparts.

Can I really make an impact?

Yes! The dollars we all spend are the world's most powerful force for change.

Americans gave a total of $327 billion to charity last year.  But we spent over $14 *TRILLION* buying stuff.  That means that if even just 2% of the dollars we all spend can reduce poverty, fight climate change, and create a better world, that would have as much impact as all the donations to every charity in the country combined.

And doesn’t it just feel better to know that your money is supporting the things you believe in?

So where should you shop? Where can you buy products and feel confident that your dollars are doing good for people and the planet? First off, you can sign up for email from DoneGood where we help answer questions like this and make shopping your beliefs easy!

appeared in the White House Rose Garden and praised Trump. He said that “We are all truly blessed...to have a leader like President Trump who is a builder." An online push to #BoycottGoya began in 2020 and we added them to this list soon after. CNN reports that Unanue has donated to Republicans in recent years, including to the Republican National Committee. Robert’s brother, who is Goya’s EVP, gave $100,000 to the anti-abortion National Right to Life Victory fund back in 2012 and other Unanue family members who are shareholders of Goya have given thousands of dollars to mostly Republican candidates and politicians, including Trump.
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has been an outspoken supporter of President Trump and was the chairman for the Trump 2020 campaign in Minnesota. He was a speaker at the 2020 Republican National Convention.  He continues to help push The Big Lie that Trump actually won the 2020 election.

Thank you! Free market capitalism is just free market capitalism – we only have some of that in the USA. I will do my best to use my necessary spending with companies that don’t support the violence-bating and corrupt leadership adopted by the current republican party. I once voted republican, but not anymore.

Thanks for making this list. Hopefully, they’re legit and updated because knowledge is power! When companies support leaders that threaten our freedom, rights and democracy under the disguise of conservatism, its law abiding and educated citizens must exercise their individual rights and power to check the law abusers. This country was founded on the principles of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness for all! But some leaders have a hideous agenda of wanting to limit these to only a specific race, religion, gender, and sexuality. If they’re not going to uphold the constitution, they must be checked by the law abiding citizens and that is democracy!
