CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash with low temperatures on gentle-cycle.
Air dry on a hanger or clothesline, avoid machine drying if at all possible. Not only does this use less energy but it keeps the integrity of the fibers intact for years to come.
Iron with steam as needed.
SHIPPING:
All items are handmade by a Pure One atelier in Ukraine. All items in stock are shipped from Dublin, Ireland, and usually take 3-10 days to deliver to the U.S. All items that are pre-order (contain number of weeks next to size selection) are made-to-order and shipped from Ukraine. Made-to-Order items typically take 2-3 weeks to be delivered.

Returns:
PlushBeds pillows, sheets & furniture are not eligible for return, or may only be returned new and unopened. Please reach out to us for the return policy associated with any specific item.
If you decide to return your mattress prior to trying the mattress for 30 days, a $99 convenience fee will be deducted from your refund. If after 30 days you decide that your PlushBeds mattress is not for you, you may return it for a full refund.
Should you need assistance with returning your mattress, a removal service can be offered for $149*. (Per mattress removed, one mattress per household)
All products eligible for returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Products returned soiled or with smoke damage will be sent back to you in lieu of a refund.
In the event a refund is processed in any other way than through the original processing source, a 3% original processing fee would be deducted from the total refund.
*Mattresses must be opened within 30 days of receipt. Failure to open your mattress within this period voids the Sleep Trial.
