You can return Items(s) you bought from Tuckerman & Co. within 30 days of the date of receipt of the Item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be accompanied by receipt of purchase.
REFUNDS
Tuckerman will process your return as quickly as possible. After receipt of your returned Item(s), and once your return is received and inspected, Tuckerman will refund the purchase price.

QUALITY RETURNS

Please email team@donegood.co to initiate a return or exchange and provide the details of the return, such as: pictures of the product, your receipt, and your address. Tuckerman will generate a return label you can use to return the item(s).
