Artisan Profile:
Located in rural Takeo Province, Cambodia is a sustainable weaving cooperative that believes that social entrepreneurship empowers people and the community. They identify aspiring entrepreneurs and invest in them by sharing knowledge through mentorship and training and provide interest-free seed capital to help establish sustainable micro businesses. The successful entrepreneurs then become the catalyst of change by becoming mentors themselves and inspiring other community members. Entrepreneurs take responsibility for their future, help alleviate poverty and improve the lives of their families and community. This creates a ripple effect of sustainable, scalable positive impact, one village at a time.

SLATE + SALT stands behind everything they sell and they want you to be happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. SLATE + SALT's return policy lasts 14 days from the purchase date. Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Banks and credit card companies normally take a few days to clear a transaction so please be patient if the refund does not show automatically. Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs of a returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and had previously paid for shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
