Nourish & Refine's Palo Santo is a sacred tool for spiritual purification and energy cleansing. Known as "holy wood" in Spanish, this traditional incense is revered by the indigenous people of the Andes and energy practitioners for its therapeutic and healing properties.

Each bundle contains three sustainably wild-harvested Palo Santo sticks from Northern Perú, accompanied by an encouragement card and a muslin bag for convenient storage.

How to Use

• Ignite the stick with a match, lighter, or candle.
• Allow it to burn for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then blow out the flame.
• Move the stick around your body, crystals, workspace, home, or any other area to purify and set intentions.
