We understand that you're eager to receive your packages, we don't blame you! However, at this time, the USPS is facing an unprecedented volume and they have limited employee availability due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of DoneGood's partner brands ship through the USPS and once the shipment leaves their hands, the most up to date information is the tracking info provided to you. This is true for all shipping providers.
DoneGood does not have more details on your shipment than what you have received with your shipping notification. If you're concerned that your order has yet to ship, or if you did not receive tracking information and it has been 3-5 business days since your order was placed, you may reach out to us at team@donegood.co and we can follow up with our partner brands you ordered from.
Once your order has shipped, it is unlikely to be able to change the address it has been shipped to. We can try to assist you but recommend getting in touch with the carrier directly with your tracking number in hand.
