How much does shipping cost?
DoneGood offers free shipping to U.S. addresses for orders over $80.
For orders under $80, DoneGood provides flat rate shipping for $6.75.
For shipments to Canada, fees are based on the cost to ship the item, dependent on the weight of the shipment and the location it’s being shipped to. DoneGood does not cover any duties incurred that must be paid upon delivery.
DoneGood currently can only provide shipments to U.S. and Canada (we hope to get to the rest of the world soon! 😊 ).
How do the items I order get to me?
DoneGood is a marketplace where lots of ethical and sustainable brands can sell their products. So items purchased on DoneGood are shipped by the brand who made them.
If you ordered multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Once an item ships, you'll receive a tracking number for each package via email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Since items ship directly from the company that made the item(s) you ordered, the time it takes you to receive them will depend on that company’s processes. So unfortunately DoneGood cannot guarantee shipments arrival times. However, most packages should be received within 5 – 10 business days, if not sooner.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange an item I've purchased?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you through the return or exchange process. Please include your order number and the name of the item you would like to return or exchange.
What’s the return policy/how many days do I have to return something?
Since DoneGood is a marketplace where ethical and sustainable brands can sell their products, returns and exchanges are subject to the return policy of the brand who made the item(s) you purchased.
That includes things like how many days you have to return a product, whether free return shipping is offered, what can be returned or what must be exchanged, etc.
Each brand’s return policy is listed on every product page (the page where you see details about each product and where you click “Add to Cart”). Please note that some sale items may be final and unable to be returned, if that’s our partner brand’s policy.
