The Saalt Soft is a great option on days you have increased cramping and sensitivity. The Saalt Cup provides great coverage for your more physically active days. Our premium cups are made in the USA from 100% medical-grade silicone with a velvety soft finish. A period cup is worn internally like a tampon but collects‚ rather than absorbs‚ your period.
