Fique is a Colombian fiber commonly used for rug and basket weaving. The fiber comes from the family of agave plants, and like hemp, it does not need any fertilizers or pesticides to grow. Making this fiber a natural organic fiber. It is also a fiber that needs very little water to grow, making it a very resourceful fiber and a great sustainable option for natural fibers. The new area rug is hand woven by a family of artisans from the Santander region of Colombia. Woven in a vertical loom, this rug is hand-knotted for 3 weeks and the result is a perfectly crafted geometric modern rug for outdoor and indoor spaces. Sold in a standard medium size and also available for custom sizing per request.

If however, upon receipt of your purchase you’re dissatisfied with the product, notify us within 14 days. Zuahaza will work with you to arrange a prompt replacement or refund. After 14 days Zuahaza cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Zuahaza's error.

REFUNDS
Sale & Promotions: All sale & promotion items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Only exchanges apply.
Once your return is received and inspected, Zuahaza will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-2 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12 hours to 1 billing cycle depending on your credit card company.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange a piece for the same item or another item, send us an email. We will respond with instructions on next steps.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Zuahaza doesn’t guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
