If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. Colive will issue a refund for the cost of the product to the original payment method used. Please note that they won't be able to issue a refund for the shipping cost and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
All oils must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and with seals intact.
