To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. NOTE: All Bee & Alpaca sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions where and how to send your package. Return postage is paid by the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
