One of the top-selling favorites, the Merid Charm Necklace is made from recycled bullet casings by an amazing group in Ethiopia. It’s such an easy fair trade necklace to add to any outfit! The name “Merid” is after one of the women in the cooperative that makes this ethical necklace.
The beads of this ethical accessory are silver-plated metal and pure brass.
Measures 26” and has a loop/bead closure.
This product is made from 100% recycled materials. The brass and/or copper beads are pure metal, but the silver beads are silver-plated, given the nature of the raw materials. There is potential for the silver-plated beads to tarnish over time, depending on their reaction to the pH of your skin. But don't worry, they'll still be beautiful!
