Our Rewards Program is a way to make supporting ethical brands even more accessible by helping shoppers like you earn points for each purchase, product review, and more. Those points can then be redeemed as cash to be spent on our marketplace.

For shoppers who have created an account, points can be earned for making a purchase on DoneGood, leaving a product review, subscribing to our newsletter, and more! You can find more ways to earn points at the top of this page.

Once you’re logged into your account, you’ll see your points balance near the top of this page under “Ways to earn points.”

Once you reach 500 points, you can redeem those points for a $10 DoneGood coupon.

Or you can stock up on points and wait until you earn 1000 points and redeem them for a $25 DoneGood coupon.

To redeem your points, sign into your account and scroll to the “Ways to spend points” section of this page. If you are eligible for a reward, you’ll see the option to redeem for a $10 coupon, or a $25 coupon. Once you choose to redeem your points, you’ll be shown a unique coupon code. Simply use that code at checkout for dollars off your order!

You can enter the Changemaker tier by signing up for a Karma Wallet Membership. To earn 10% cashback** on your DoneGood purchases, simply use your Karma Wallet Card* at checkout. The cashback** rewards from your DoneGood purchase will appear automatically in your Karma Wallet app once they are processed.

To earn free shipping on your DoneGood purchases, log into your DoneGood account, near the top of this page, you’ll see “Ways to Redeem Points” if you’re eligible for free shipping, you’ll see a unique code. Use that code at checkout for free shipping.

When you redeem your earned Karma Points for a discount, your discount must be used on only one order.

The coupon you redeem using your Karma Points can be used on all orders with some exceptions:

Each code you redeem is only eligible for your specific account. If you’d like to help a friend out, check out our referral program (details listed above on this page). You can gift a friend $10 on their first order, and when they successfully complete their order, you can get $10 off your next order! Win win!

When products are returned successfully and a refund is issued, you will be refunded to the original form of payment and your points will not be restored. If you have questions about getting your points restored please reach out to donegoodsupport@karmawallet.io

If an order is canceled or returned, the points earned for that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account balance.

Only one (1) code can be redeemed at a time, therefore you’re unable to use it with other promotional discounts. However, Karma Points can be used on markdown and sale items that do not require a code.

Yes. Karma Points expire 365 days after they’re earned. For example, if you place an order on October 1, 2024 the Karma Points you earned that day will expire October 1, 2025.

Good news! The expiration date of your Karma Points updates every time you take an action on our store, so you can easily extend it by completing one of our point-earning actions to earn even more points. Or redeem your Karma Points for discounts and use them towards your future purchase!

The rewards we give always come from DoneGood’s bottom line. We never take a cut from the workers, artisans, or brands on our site.

You can give your friend $10 to spend on their first DoneGood order and will be rewarded $10 for a successful purchase.

Simply log into your Rewards account and copy the link found on this page under the header "Refer and Friend."

If they user your link, they will visit DoneGood and see a pop up with a code for $10 off. When your friend uses your link and places their first order, you will be notified by email and will find your $10 coupon code on this page under "Ways to Spend Points."
