SHIPPING
DoneGood offers free shipping to U.S. addresses for orders of $75 and up. For orders under $75, DoneGood provides flat rate U.S. shipping for $7.95.
If you are a Karma Wallet Member you will get free shipping and 10% cashback on every order.
DoneGood currently can only provide shipments to U.S. If you've been with us for a while, you might notice we're not shipping to Canada anymore. Due to difficulties with international shipping, including shipping and customs fees, we have suspended shipping to Canada for now, but hope to be back soon!
Since our items ship directly from the companies that make them, delivery times vary based on each company's process. While most brands aim to ship within a few days of receiving your order, some, like AmourLinen, may take up to 3 weeks as they create custom-made items. Be sure to check the Shipping & Returns section under the products for any specific details.
In the event you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. Whether you’re able to cancel or change your order depends on the brand, and we cannot guarantee your order will be successfully canceled, even within the 24-hour time period.

Our aim is to reduce shipping emissions and waste whenever possible. DoneGood uses a drop shipping model instead of having products shipped to our warehouse, then shipping them to you. This means each item ships separately from the brand it comes from. Once an item ships, you'll receive a tracking number for each package via email. If you have questions about your order, please click here to contact us.
If you've accidentally provided the wrong address, click here to let us know. Please note that any costs associated with reshipping to the correct address will be your responsibility.
We cannot guarantee the brand will be able to correct your address before it ships.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We adhere to the return policies set by each individual brand. You can find specific details under the product description or on the brand's page. Items on sale through DoneGood and items marked down by brands are not eligible for return.

Our website syncs with our brand’s inventory, but sometimes there are technical glitches! In the event the item you ordered is out of stock, we may reach out to you about a replacement item. If we don't hear back from you within 3 business days, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
If the item is out of stock and there are no replacement options available, a cancellation email and refund will be issued immediately.
Sorry about that! Please email us with your order number, a description of the damage and photos if available so we can contact the brand and figure out a solution quickly.
SALES & PROMOTIONS
Discount codes cannot be combined with any other coupon, reward points, discounts, offers, or promotions. Discount codes cannot be used retroactively or on products with discounted/marked down pricing.
All items with a discounted/marked down price at time of purchase are final sale and are not eligible for return. This does not apply to items purchased at full price using a discount code.
The DoneGood Rewards Program awards Karma Points for actions like placing an order, leaving a product review, and more. You can then redeem your Karma Points for coupons to save on your next DoneGood order!
