San Ysidro Slide - Morning Coffee

Even better, these slippers are made from B-grade materials which means that they may not be perfect LOOKING…but they are still perfect feeling. B-grade has subtle flaws…scarring, scratches, stretch marks, density consistencies, etc. The ‘flaws’ or as Fleks calls them ‘marks of character’ are the reason why big brands push them aside. These hides end up in a warehouse with nowhere to go but the landfills if someone doesn’t find a reason to love them…and usually they don’t. That’s where Fleks comes in - they take these B-grades and celebrate their mostly unnoticeable flaws and create beautiful, incredibly luxurious, long-lasting products that are seriously sustainable.

Fit & Sizing

• Heel cup secures the heel firmly in place, ensuring stability and security.
• Integrated toe lock prevents forward sliding of the toes.

Fleks' slides fit LONG on purpose since Fleks graded the sizing on the 1/2 size. Fleks recommends sizing down if you are between sizes. The Fleks team spent a lot of time analyzing how slides typically fit to get the Fleks fit just right. Chances are you need a size smaller than you think.

• If your foot runs on the narrow side; Fleks recommends you size down.
• If your foot runs on the wider side or you have a higher instep; Fleks recommends you size up. (This particular style may not be ideal for you, but don’t fret, Fleks has one coming soon that will be)!

Sustainable Materials

• Morning Coffee midsole topped with natural leather footbed and lightly embossed with the Fleks logo.
• Sheepskin upper.
• Proprietary FLEKSfoam is very proudly made of up to 85% recycled performance foam waste. The shoes shoes are made from recycled ETPU scraps, salvaged from manufacturing waste. The innovative process involves repurposing manufacturing waste, (think of an overflowing waffle iron), grinding it up, and transforming it into proprietary FLEKSfoam.
• FLEKSwave EVA outsole is made with 15% recycled content, giving the outsole ultimate wearability.
• 100% recycled non-woven fabric spacer allows the outsole to lay flat.
