Saathëa will replace items if they are defective or damaged; for example, if a product seems to have gone bad before the freshness guarantee date printed on the sticker, or the container got damaged during shipping. Please contact team@donegood.co and describe your problem and each case will be addresses individually.
Tea - Tea is not returnable after it is shipped because it cannot be re-sold to other customers. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact team@donegood.co and return it for inspection within 10 days of your purchase.
Tea Accessories - Saathëa will accept a return or exchange of unused and unopened products in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
