Astor & Orion take enormous pride in their quality of work. If for some reason, one of their products needs repair, just let them know. Repair within 6 months of purchase is free. After 6 months, repair is subject to a repair fee based on what needs to be done and on the availability of the components.
If you lose an earring and don't know what to know what to do with your single, you can send it back for recycling and receive a credit towards a new pair.

Astor & Orion sincerely wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please email us at team@donegood.co within 14 days of purchase and we can arrange for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original jewelry pouch. You will be responsible for paying for your the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
