This duo includes two classic black teas from one of India's first Regenerative Organic Certified tea estates, located in the northeastern state of Assam.

What's Included

• Assam Black Orthodox: (50+ cups): this is the ultimate black tea -- perfect for breakfast or afternoon. Orthodox refers to the leaf grade; Alaya Tea's is made with full leaf that will bloom as you brew. No powder or fanning in this bag. Pair it with milk or without.
• Assam Ginger (Masala Chai): (50+ cups) Every household has its own take on chai. Alaya Tea started with this simple base: Assam CTC tea, which is literally granules of black tea curled up, paired with organic dried ginger. You don't have to stop here. You could add clove, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg -- or even Alaya Tea's lemongrass and tulsi. There is no wrong chai recipe. But this is a staple for the winter months when you're craving a warming spicy brew.
