Their work focuses on growing local ecotype native plants, performing botanical surveys, and creating ecological restoration plans. Rosenbaum is a Certified Ecological Restoration Practitioner with experience in plant ecology, ecological restoration, and the cultural applications of wild plants. He is the author of two prior books on native plants, including The Puddle Garden.
