Fabric:
🍃 Mist Green, Fog Grey, Pink Quartz, Sand, and Black Cloud Terry Scrunchies are made from a fabric blend of TENCEL™ Lyocell | Organic Cotton | Spandex French Terry
Soft, luxurious French Terry is made from an eco-friendly blend of TENCEL™ Lyocell and organic cotton. TENCEL™ Lyocell is made from wood pulp in a closed-loop process, meaning no water, harmful chemicals, or bi-products were released back into the environment. Combined with organic cotton, this lightweight and cozy French Terry fabric is as dreamy to wear as it is sustainable. Dyes are hypo-allergenic and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified to be free of harmful chemicals.
Navy Blue and Black Scrunchies are made from a blend of Lenzing Modal® | Spandex
Modal is a naturally derived, plant-based fabric cultivated from beech-tree pulp which is sustainably sourced in Austria, and neighboring countries. Modal is made through an environmentally-conscious process where 95% of water and materials used to make the fabric are recycled. The fabric is also OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified which means it is free of harmful chemicals.
Fit:
Fit Advice: One size fits all. The scrunchies are approximate ~1.5” in diameter on the inside.
Care:
Machine wash on cold, preferably gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry.
HOW IT'S MADE:
The Renew Scrunchies are made from fabric cuttings. During each production run, we ask the Sewing Studios to save excess fabric cuttings. The fabric cuttings are collected and stored at the studio, and recut into small accessories, like these Scrunchies. So, you get a fun and functional Scrunchie, and the fabric is saved from going into the landfill. Win, win.
